Wir erstellen ein Pflegeleitbild Unsinn oder Möglichkeit der Definition von Pflegequalität?

In der freien Wirtschaft ist es unstrittig, daß die Überlebens- und Anpassungsfähigkeit des Unternehmens in entscheidendem Maße davon abhängig ist, wie es gelingt, die „Ressource Mensch, sprich Mitarbeiter/in“ zu berücksichtigen.

Diese Einschätzung wird in zunehmendem Maße von Krankenhausleitungen geteilt. Dies spiegelt sich in der vermehrten Anzahl von Publikationen zum Thema „Pflegeleitbild“ in der Fachliteratur wider.

Bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung eines Pflegeleitbildes treten in der Praxis aber häufig große Probleme auf, die oft auf die unzureichende Einbeziehung der „Ressource Mitarbeiter/in“ zurückzuführen sind.

Der Vortrag mit dem o.a. Thema beschäftigt sich mit der Zielsetzung, den Inhalten, der Erstellung und der Umsetzung eines Pflegeleitbildes im Krankenhaus.

Abstract

In industry it is not disputed that the ability of a firm to survive and adapt itself is to a considerable degree dependent on how it succeeds in showing its workers - i.e. manpower recources - consideration.

To an increasing degree this estimation is also shared by hospital directors. This is reflected in the increased number of publications to be found on the specialised theme of “an exemplary picture of the caring situation”. With the creation and use of such an ideal, in practice considerable problems often arise which frequently result from inadequately involved “manpower resources”.

This article under the title mentioned above deals with the setting of goals, the contents, the preparation and carrying out of the ideal picture of the caring situation in a hospital.

Résumé

Dans l’économie libérale, tout le monde est d’accord pour dire que la faculté d’adaptation d’une entreprise et ses possibilités de survivre au marché dépendent dans une mesure décisive de la question, comment on réussit à considérer la „ressource homme, disons collaborateur / collaboratrice“. Cette estimation est de plus en plus identique avec celle des directions d’hôpitaux, ce qui se réfléchit dans le nombre augmenté de publications spécialisées sur le sujet d’un „manuel des soins psychiatriques“. L’élaboration d’un tel manuel des soins et sa transposition posent souvent de grands problèmes qui remontent au manque de considération de la „ressource collaborateur / collaboratrice“. La contribution présente traite les buts, les contenus, l’élaboration et la transposition d’un manuel des soins à l’hôpital.
