Qualitätsmanagement in der
Tbs-Klinik Veldzicht

Der Autor setzt sich zunächst mit den generellen Rahmenbedingungen, die das Qualitätsmanagement in dem niederländischen Gesundheitswesen haben, auseinander. Im folgenden beschreibt er zunächst den zyklischen Prozeß der verhaltenstherapeutisch orientierten Behandlung in der Maßregelvollzugsklinik und wendet sich dann den drei Ebenen der zyklischen Prozesse der Qualitätssicherung zu. So werden in dieser Klinik drei Ebenen einer zyklischen Qualitätssicherung durch Qualitätszirkel unterzogen: der Behandlungsbereich, das Managementgespräch auf der mittleren Führungsebene und auch auf der Direktionsebene.

Abstract

The author tries to come to terms with the general framework of conditions connected with quality management within the Dutch health system. In the following report he chiefly describes the cyclical process of behaviour therapy treatment in the implementation of disciplinary measures and then turns his attention to the three levels of the cyclical processes in securing quality. In this clinic three levels of a cyclical quality securance are submitted to a circle of quality:- the area of treatment, discussion of management on the middle responsibility and the directors level.

Résumé

L’auteur décrit d’abord le cadre général dans lequel le contrôle de la qualité des soins est inscrit aux Pays-Bas. En suite il explique brièvement le processus thérapeutique cyclique suivant lequel la clinique a organisé son projet thérapeutique à visé cognitiviste. Ensuite il se tourne vers les trois niveaux de processus de contrôle de la qualité qui sont nécessairement organisé de façon cyclique. Dans la clinique même ces trois niveaux sont le niveau thérapeutique, niveau des cadres et le niveau de la direction générale de la clinique.
