Das Behandlungsprotokoll in der Van der Hoeven Klinik als Qualitätsinstrument

In den letzten Jahren haben therapeutische Ansichten und gesetzliche Regelungen die Dr. Henri van der Hoeven Klinik in Utrecht dazu gebracht, die bestehende Behandlungsplanung und Überprüfung anders zu strukturieren. Das Ziel dieser Änderung besteht darin, eine transparentere, effektivere und möglichst kurze klinische Behandlung zu erreichen. In dem Artikel wird die Einführung des neuen Protokolls aus organisatorischer Sicht geschildert und über die ersten Erfahrungen der Mitarbeiter und Patienten berichtet. Die Erfahrungen weisen darauf hin, daß die Patienten auf diese Weise schon am Anfang der Behandlung eine konkretere Perspektive haben und daß das verbesserte Überprüfungsmodell die Qualität der Behandlung fördert.

Abstract

Over the recent years views on therapy and legal regulations have brought the Dr. Henri van der Hoeven Clinic in Utrecht to the point of restructuring the existing planning and examination of treatment. The object of these changes is not only to create a more transparent and effective treatment, but also to make it as short as possible. In this article the introduction of a new protocol is explained from the organisatory point of view and a report is given on the first experiences of staff and patients. These experiences indicate that patients, through this approach, already at the start of the treatment have a concrete perspective and that the improved model of checking and control promotes a better quality of treatment.

Résumé

Pendant les dernières années, des positions thérapeutiques et des dispositions légales ont amené l’hôpital „Dr. Henri van der Hoeven“ à Utrecht à structurer la planification existante du traitement d’une autre manière. Le but de ce changement était un traitement clinique plus transparent, plus effectif et le plus bref possible. Cet article expose l’introduction du nouveau compte-rendu du point de vue organisateur et fait le récit des premières expériences faites par les collaborateurs et les malades. Les expériences attirent l’attention sur le fait que les malades ont ainsi une perspective plus concrète déjà au début de leur traitement et que ce modèle de contrôle ainsi amélioré avance la qualité du traitement.
