Vom eigenen Trauma zum Delikt Traumatisierung von Patienten als Tathintergrund und Behandlungsansatz

Der Autor kritisiert die in der Forensik häufig anzutreffenden eher pädagogischen Beurteilungen von Patienten. Vielmehr schlägt er vor, die These konsequent zu untersuchen, inwieweit es sich bei vielen forensischen Patienten um schwer traumatisierte Personen handelt, die sich mit den Delikten spezifische Spannungsentlastunmg zu verschaffen pflegen. Aus diesem Ansatz ergeben sich wichtige Konsequenzen für Behandlung und Prognose.

Abstract

The article begins with the more educational sight and interpretation of forensic patients. The author instead formulates the thesis that these patients have to be regarded as former victims of severe traumatization, - victims who have learned to find some tension reduction in doing harm to others. From here, important consequences are proposed for treatment and prognosis as well. Finally the necessity of specific empirical research is stressed.

Résumé

L’auteur critique les jugements souvent plutôt pédagogiques des malades internés dans une institution médico-légale. Il propose l’examen conséquent de la thèse que beaucoup de malades en psychiatrie légale sont des individus gravement traumatisés qui, en commettant leurs délits, s’attendent à une décharge tensionnelle. Cette position a des conséquences importantes pour le traitement et le pronostic.
