Identifikation des “harten Kerns” der forensischen Psychiatrie Enthospitalisierung langzeituntergebrachter Patienten im Westfälischen Zentrum für forensische Psychiatrie - Teil 1 -

Das Interesse der Autoren gilt den gem. [[section]] 63 StGB langzeituntergebrachten Patienten im Westfälischen Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie in Lippstadt. Aus einer laufenden Studie werden erste, ausgewählte Ergebnisse zu Merkmalen dieser augenscheinlich anwachsenden Problemgruppe des Maßregelvollzuges präsentiert. Mit diesen Daten, dem Rückgriff auf vorliegende theoretische Grundlagen und dem Aufzeigen von Problemstellungen und Handlungsansätzen aus der Rehabilitationspraxis wird hier der Begriff „Enthospitalisierung“ für die forensische Psychiatrie beginnend gefüllt. Der “harte Kern” der forensischen Psychiatrie wird in dieser Darstellung anhand seiner (Unterbringungs-)Karrieren und weiteren biografischen Belastungen sowie seiner Rehabilitationshemmnisse und -chancen identifiziert.

Abstract

The authors’ interest is centered on long-term patients interned in the Westphalian Center for Forensic Psychiatry in Lippstadt under section 63 of the German penal code. Presented here are selected findings from the initial results of a contemporary study on the significant aspects of this problematic group of those interned for disciplinary measures, a group which is apparently on the increase. This information together with reference to the existing theoretic foundation and the indications of problem placement and behaviour assessment in the field of rehabilitation begin to substantiate the term ‘dismissal’. ‘Hard core’ patients in forensic psychiatry are identified in this account by way of the course they have taken during internment, the burden of their biographical fate, together with not only their chances, but also the obstacles in the path of rehabilitation.

Résumé

Les auteurs s’intéressent tout particulièrement aux malades internés à long terme suivant l’article 63 du Code pénal allemand au Westfälisches Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie à Lippstadt. Une étude en cours donne de premiers résultats choisis sur les traits caractéristiques de ce groupe problématique apparemment accroissant. En tenant compte de la base théorique déjà présente et en démontrant les données du problème et les possibilités d’action sur le plan pratique de la réhabilitation, les auteurs se servent de ces dates pour définir la notion de la <<déhospitalisation>> pour la psychiatrie forénésique. Cette contribution identifie le <<noyau irréductible>> de la psychiatrie forénésique en démontrant ses carrières (d’internement) et d’autres charges biographiques, ainsi que ses entraves et ses chances pour une réhabilitation.
