Pflegeprozeßdarstellung des Herrn A. nach schwerer Delinquenz und anschließender Einweisung in die Psychiatrie, mit dem Ziel einer sozialen Wiedereingliederung.

Als dringendes Erfordernis ergibt sich für ein forensisches Pflegeteam der Übergang vom bloßen Reagieren auf aktuelle Probleme zum geplanten Agieren mit bestimmten, sinnvollen Zielsetzungen.

Unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der biographischen Entwicklung eines Straftäters wird für ihn in der vorliegenden Arbeit eine Pflegeplanung erstellt und durchgeführt. In Form einer Pflegeanamnese werden pflegerelevante Probleme analysiert und gezielt bearbeitet. Die entsprechenden Aktivitäten werden laufend vom Pflegeteam kontrolliert, ausgewertet und den aktuellen Erfordernissen angepaßt.

Dabei beweist sich die Pflegeplanung als effiziente Arbeitsmethode in der forensischen Krankenpflege.

Abstract

There exists an urgent demand for any team of caring personnel with forensic patients, to bridge the gap between merely reacting to immediate problems and developing planned actions with the setting of definite and significant goals.

Here an attempt is made in constructing and carrying out a plan for the care of an offender, taking into particular account his personal biographical development. The relevant problems related to the caring process are analysed and compiled in the form of a care-anamnesis. Appropriate activities are continually controlled by the team of ‘carers’, evaluated and related to existing and pertinent demands.

In this way the planning of care should prove itself as an efficient working method in caring for the forensic patient.

Résumé

Pour une équipe de soins dans une institution forénésique, il y a l’exigence pressante de la transition d’une simple réaction à des problèmes actuels à une action planifiée avec des fixations de buts définis et raisonnables.

Tout en considérant le développement biographique d’un délinquant, l’article présent élabore et réalise pour le malade une planification pour établir un plan thérapeutique. Dans une anamnèse, les problèmes significatifs pour la thérapie sont analysés et élaborés d’une manière visée. Les activités respectives sont contrôlées en permanence par l’équipe, ensuite évaluées et adaptées aux exigences actuelles.

A cette ocasion, la planification se manifeste comme une méthode de travail efficace pour les soins forénésiques.
