Erfahrungen in der psychotherapeutischen Nachsorge bei forensischen Sexualstraftätern

In der “Kontaktstelle Forensik”, einer Außenstelle des Westfälischen Zentrums für Forensische Psychiatrie Lippstadt, die für beurlaubte und entlassene forensische Patienten zuständig ist, wurde eine kleine Gruppe Sexualstraftäter psychotherapeutisch betreut. Erste Erfahrungen mit für forensisch-psychiatrische Patienten wichtigen sozialen Einrichtungen werden dargestellt. Anhand kurzer Fallbeispiele werden typische Probleme, wie mangelnde Akzeptanz, Umgang mit Androcur-Medikation und fehlendes psychotherapeutisches Angebot aufgezeigt.

Abstract

A small group of sexual offenders have been psycho-therapeutically cared for at the “Kontaktstelle Forensik”, an ’outpost’ of the Westphalian Centre for Forensic Psychiatry in Lippstadt, that is responsible for forensic patients who have been given leave of absence or have already been dismissed. Initial experiences with forensic psychiatric patients for important social institutions are presented here.

By means of taking examples of short case histories, typical problems are indicated such as a deficit in acceptance; dealing with ’Androcur’ medication; and lack of possibilities for psychotherapeutic help.

Résumé

L’ “intermédiariat de psychiatrie légale” est une antenne du centre de psychiatrie légale de Lippstadt (“Westfälisches Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie” Lippstadt) qui est chargée du suivi des soins des malades de psychiatrie légale se trouvant en congé de permission ou ayant été libérés. C’est dans ce cadre qu’un petit groupe de délinquants sexuels fait l’objet d’un suivi psychothérapique. L’auteur présente, tout d’abord, les premières expériences faites avec les institutions sociales importantes pour les malades de psychiatrie légale. A l’aide de cas cliniques concis, il montre ensuite les problèmes typiques rencontrés, comme une acceptation insuffisante, le (bon) emploi des androgènes comme médication et le manque d’offres psychothérapiques.
