Therapeutische Funktionen des Pflegepersonals im Maßregelvollzug

Der Autor widmet sich dem besonderen Aspekt der psychiatrischen Krankenpflege und ihren Verirrungen durch die Fremdbestimmtheit, die sie unter dem Einfluß der verschiedenen, in den Institutionen tätigen Berufsgruppen erhalten hat. Er plädiert für eine selbständige ganzheitliche Krankenpflege, die den Alltag der Institution im Sinne einer Beziehungspflege sicherstellt. Er fordert hierfür auf der einen Seite Unabhängigkeit und Eigenverantwort-lichkeit, unterstreicht aber auch andererseits den besonderen Bedarf der Weiterbildung mit dem Ziel einer Fachkrankenpflege für forensische Psychiatrie. Wesentlicher Teil der eigen-ständigen ganzheitlichen Pflege ist die Sicherung eines kontinuierlichen und kontrollierten Pflegeprozesses.

Abstract

Care: Therapeutical contributions in forensic psychiatry

The author devotes himself to the special aspect of psychiatric care of the sick and the confusions thereby, which have come about through conditions being determined and influenced by various different types of professional groups in institutions. He pleads the cause of an independent holistic type of care for the sick, which would guarantee care by means of personal relationships in the everyday life of the institution. For this he requests on the one hand independence and selfresponsibility but on the other hand underlines the special need for further education with the target of achieving a specialised type of sick care for forensic psychiatry. The essential part of independent, integral care is in ensuring a continued and controlled process of caring.

Résumé

L’auteur se consacre à cet aspect particulier que sont les soins infirmiers psychiatriques et leurs aberrations dues à l’altération de leur autonomie initiale qu’ils ont subie sous l’influence des professionnels de diverses catégories travaillant dans l’institution. Il plaide pour des soins infirmiers autonomes et d’ordre global qui garantissent - au niveau du quotidien de l’insti-tution - des soins de type relationnel. Dans ce but, il réclame d’une part indépendance et responsabilité autonome, tout en soulignant d’autre part le besoin spécifique que représente la formation continue ayant pour but l’obtention du certificat d’infirmier/ière spécialisé(e) en psychiatrie légale. Un des éléments essentiels pour des soins autonomes et globaux ré-side dans la garantie de la continuité et du contrôle des soins infirmiers.
