Grundlagen und Rahmenbedingungen der Behandlung

Der Autor untersucht in seinem Beitrag die Grundlagen und Rahmenbedingungen der Be-handlung, ausgehend von den gesetzlichen und organisatorischen Grundlagen, der Zusammensetzung der Patientenklientel, der Dynamik der Fehleinweisung und der Strukturierung der Zusammensetzung des Personals. Er weist besonders auf die Bedeutung der Mitarbeiter des Pflegedienstes hin und den Bedarf an Weiterbildung, der auch hier ganz besonders wichtig erscheint. Gegenüber den anderen Berufsgruppen kann die Stabilität dieses Teils des Personalkörpers ggf. zu erheblichen negativen Konsequenzen führen, so daß eine sozialtherapeutische Weiterbildung und die Einbindung in sämtliche Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens unabdingbar notwendige Voraussetzungen sind. Gegenüber der Gesamtor-ganisation einer Einrichtung unterstreicht er den Bedarf an konzeptuellen Vorgaben, demokratischen Funktionsweisen und teamgerechten Entscheidungsstrukturen. Einem Einstellungswandel sämtlicher Mitarbeiter gilt sein abschließender Appell.

Abstract

The author examines the bases and framework of the treatment, arising from the legal and organisatory foundations, the composition of the patient clientel, the dynamics of inadequate placing of patients and the structuring and combining of specific personnel. In particular he indicates the significance of the nurses and the demand for further education, which also seems to be extremely important here.

The lack of stability in this section of the staff can lead to negative consequences, so that a social therapeutic further education and involvement in all the varying activities of daily life are absolutely essential. Vis-á-vis the overall organization of an institution, he underlines the need for conceptual guidelines, democratic ways of functioning and teamorientated decisionmaking structures. A call for a change of attitude is valid for all those engaged in such work.

Résumé

L’auteur étudie les bases et le cadre général du traitement, en partant des fondements d’ordre légal et organisationnel, de la composition de la clientèle des malades, de la dynamique provoquée par des erreurs d’orientation au niveau de l’internement et de la structuration de la composition du personnel. Il insiste spécialement sur le rôle important du personnel infirmier et sur le besoin en formation continue qui revêt également, dans ce cadre, une importance toute particulière. Vis-à-vis des autres groupes professionnels, la stabilité de cette partie du corps du personnel peut éventuellement engendrer des conséquences extrêmement négatives si bien que la formation continue sociothérapeutique et l’intégration dans l’ensemble des activités de la vie quotidienne représentent des conditions sine qua non. En ce qui concerne l’organisation globale d’une institution, il attire l’attention sur le besoin en buts conceptuels, modes de fonctionnement démocratiques et structures de décision compatible à l’idée de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire. Sa conclusion se veut être un appel en faveur d’un changement de l’opinion personnelle des collaborateurs.
