Zusammenfassung. Die folgenden Falldarstellungen sollen die Anwendung kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutischer Methoden für die Psychotherapie mit Sexualstraftätern im Maßregelvollzug veranschaulichen. Neben der Darstellung von Zuweisungsmodus, Rahmenbedingungen und motivationalen Aspekten orientieren sich die Ausführungen zum konkreten Behandlungsverlauf der zwei intramuralen Sexualstraftäter-Psychotherapien jeweils an den Elementen Aufbau einer therapeutischen Beziehung und Therapiemotivation, Änderung sexueller Präferenzen, Indikation medikamentöser Behandlung, Training sozialer Fertigkeiten, Modifikation dysfunktionaler Kognitionen und Rückfallprävention.

Disorder specific therapy: Cognitiv-behavioral therapy of a sex offender with impulse control disorder and one with paraphilia
Summary. The following case reports illustrate the application of cognitive-behavioural psychotherapeutic methods with sex offenders imprisoned in a forensic psychiatric unity. In addition to outlining how subjects were assigned to groups, environmental conditions for therapy, and motivational factors, we illustrate the treatment in two intramural psychotherapies of sex offenders including elements such as establishing a therapeutic relationship and motivation for treatment, modification of sexual preferences, medication, training of social skills, modification of cognitive distortions and relapse prevention.
