Verhaltenstherapeutisch orientierte Behandlung der Pädophilie. Therapieziele und Behandlungsstrategien anhand von Fallbeispielen

Zusammenfassung

In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden zunächst die Besonderheiten der Psychotherapie pädophiler Patienten beschrieben. Des weiteren kommen die für eine erfolgreiche Behandlung notwendigen Therapieziele (Aufbau eines kognitv-affektiven Zugangs, Analyse der Entstehungsbedingungen, Aufbau einer Opferempathie, Aufbau einer verbesserten Selbstkontrolle sowie Modifikation der sexuellen Phantasie) und die entsprechenden Behandlungsstrategien an Fallbeispielen zur Darstellung.
Die Ausführungen sind nicht nur als Anregung und Hilfe für Psychotherapeuten gedacht. Sie können sowohl Prognosegutachtern dienlich sein, um die häufig fehlende Transparenz entsprechender Gutachten zu verbessern, als auch Grundlagen für eine verbesserte Therapie-Evaluation liefern.

Summary

In the available work first the special features of the Psychotherapie of paedophile patients are described. The moreover for a successful handling necessary therapy targets (structure one kognitv affektiven acces, analysis of the emergence conditions, structure of a Opferempathie, structure of an improved self-check as well as modification of the sexual fantasy) and the appropriate handling strategies at case examples come to the representation. The remarks are not meant only as suggestion and an assistance for Psychotherapeuten. They can be helpful both prognosis consultants, in order to improve the frequently which is missing transparency of appropriate appraisals, and bases for an improved therapy evaluation to supply.

Résumé

Dans le travail disponible d'abord usages spéciaux du Psychotherapie des patients de paedophiler sont décrits. D'ailleurs pour les cibles nécessaires de manipulation réussies d'une thérapie (kognitv de structure on affektiven des acces, l'analyse des conditions d'apparition, la structure d'un Opferempathie, la structure d'un auto-test amélioré aussi bien que la modification de l'imagination sexuelle) et les stratégies de manipulation appropriées aux exemples de cas venez à la représentation. Les remarques ne sont pas signifiées seulement comme suggestion et aide pour Psychotherapeuten. Elles peuvent être utiles les deux consultants en matière de pronostic, afin d'améliorer fréquemment qui est transparent manquant des évaluations appropriées, et des bases pour qu'une évaluation améliorée de thérapie fournisse.
