Die psychotherapeutische Behandlung von "Täterpersonen im Kontext von sexuellem Missbrauch und anderen Sexualdelikten": Ein Fortbildungsprojekt in Rheinland-Pfalz *

Zusammenfassung

Erfahrungen aus der Praxis der Kinderschutzdienste, der sozialen Dienste sowie der Justiz- und Maßregelvollzugsbehörden verweisen auf einen erheblichen Bedarf und gravierenden Mangel an psychotherapeutischen Möglichkeiten der Täterbehandlung. Der Beitrag stellt eine berufsbegleitende Fortbildung für psychotherapeutische Fachkräfte in der Behandlung von "Täterpersonen im Kontext von sexuellem Missbrauch u.a. Sexualstraftaten" vor.

Die Autoren beschreiben Entwicklung, Kontext, Inhalte der Fortbildung und erörtern Weiterbildungsstandards, Erfahrungen mit bestimmten institutionellen Bedingungen sowie Ergebnisse hinsichtlich der TeilnehmerInnen. Darüber hinaus werden weiterführende Entwicklungen, die sich aus dieser Fortbildungsmaßnahme ergeben haben, berichtet.

Summary

Practical experiences in the areas of child protection services, social services as well as the legal and disciplinary administrative authorities indicate a considerable need for and a grave lack of psycho-therapeutic possibilities for the treatment of perpetrators. This contribution publicizes a course of further education especially pertinent to the treatment of "perpetrators in the context of sexual abuse, moreover sexual criminals". It is a supplementary qualifying scheme for employees working in the psycho-therapeutic area which runs parallel with employment.

The authors describe development, context and elements of further education courses and discuss the standards of these courses, experiences with existing conditions in institutions as well as results connected with female participants. Going beyond this, reports are given on further developments which have resulted from these measures of supplementary qualification.

Résumé

Les expériences de la pratique des services de protection des mineurs, des services sociaux ainsi que des administrations judiciaires et de psychiatrie légale démontrent un besoin immense et un manque gravissime de possibilités psychothérapiques dans le domaine des traitements des délinquants. L’article présente une formation en cours d’emploi destinée aux professionnels psychothérapeutiques occupés dans le traitement de personnes criminels dans le contexte d’abus sexuel et des délinquants sexuels.

Les auteurs décrivent l’évolution, le contexte et le contenu de la formation et ils discutent les standards de formation les expériences avec certaines cadres institutionnels ainsi que les résultats concernant les participants. Seront rapportés en plus des évolutions supplémentaires qui découlent de ces programmes de formation.
